positive review  I highly recommend Northwest response to Mariners who are looking to upgrade their licenses and in need of CPR, first aid and AED refresh. Tom was an outstanding instructor with a lot of tips for trauma in the marine environment. Thanks Tom 4/16/2019

positive review  Captain Bliss not only has a deep knowledge base, but he is able to make the training come alive by applying real life experiences and telling stories of true situations he and his colleagues have encountered that drive the training home. I was riveted from the moment training began until the class ended and it was time to go home. I highly recommend this instructor and this training. 1/11/2019

I try to keep current on my CPR and AED training because it is always better to know than not know when bad things happen. I think I learned more from Thomas Bliss then with any other past instructors. 1/09/2017

The Second class of 2019 will be a Basic First Aid, CPR/AED course, and will contain content for the Serious & Recreational Boater alike. This class is to be held on April 13th, 2019 from 8:00am to about 1:30pm. This course will be offered three (3) times in 2019.

Blended Learning is the third class, and is designed for the busy boater, those with limited time to spend in classroom, or the person that just needs a good refresher. The first Blended Learning Class is scheduled for May 15th, 2019, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for in person practical sign-offs.

This First Aid/CPR class is for everyone

You needn’t be a boater to attend, as the material crosses over to all aspects of Medical Emergencies whether on land or afloat. These classes are essentially the same “base material” as would be offered in a standard Adult First Aid, CPR/AED course however with a list to the boater to cover those typical sudden illness’s and injuries we see at sea.
