What Is Blended Learning?

The Health & Safety Institute Blended Learning Courses.

  • Combination of online learning and in-person skills session
  • Content equivalent to traditional course with less time spent in a classroom
  • Individuals re-certifying can pre-test out of content they know
  • Self-paced training can be completed around other responsibilities
  • 2-year, OSHA-compliant certification
  • This program is pre-paid @ $65.00 per student.
  • How it works…

    • Instructor needs only two hours to confirm sufficient skills
      • Proper initial response, CPR quality, understanding of when to activate the EMS (911) system, signs and symptoms of cardiac and other sudden illness, control of bleeding, and personal safety

  • Best CPR, AED and First Aid class I've taken through an employer. Thomas Bliss is entertaining and enthusiastic which makes learning fun and memorable.   • I try to keep current on my CPR and AED training because it is always better to know than not know when bad things happen. I think I learned more from Thomas Bliss then with any other past instructors.

  • How to get started

    • Sign up, and pay for your class.
      • No Refunds once the course has been paid for.  If you can't make the in-person session, we will place you in the next BL class.
    • You will receive your on-line access 5 days prior to the in-person session. In this class you will receive your access on May 10th, 2019.
    • You must complete your on-line training prior to the May 15th class date.
Registration for this class ends on May 10th, 2019.
The sale price reverts to the full price on May 1st, 2019.
