Best CPR, AED and First Aid class I've taken through an employer. Thomas Bliss is entertaining and enthusiastic which makes learning fun and memorable. I picked everything up easily again and had the steps down quickly, all while laughing and enjoying myself. If you want your staff to retain what you are paying for, this is the outfit and your guy. Great class!Katie Quesada2/02/2018
I try to keep current on my CPR and AED training because it is always better to know than not know when bad things happen. I think I learned more from Thomas Bliss then with any other past instructors.Stu Cluff1/09/2017
Just completed a First Aid & CPR course taught by Thomas at Northwest Response. This course was excellent and fun, and it satisfied the Coast Guard requirements for my Captain’s license. I highly recommend it!Bill Davis9/25/2018

Captain Bliss not only has a deep knowledge base, but he is able to make the training come alive by applying real life experiences and telling stories of true situations he and his colleagues have encountered that drive the training home. I was riveted from the moment training began until the class ended and it was time to go home. I highly recommend this instructor and this training.Shelley Dudley1/11/2019
